There are many aspects of the site, which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Danial Lawton customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. Permaculture Tools uses contact forms to collect your personal data for the purpose of providing you with requested information on our products and or services. This information goes through an automated spam detection analysis to help us reduce spam.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Any orders, contact/enquiry forms, including emails coming from the website and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
