Payment

Payment is by Credit card or Debit card through PayPal via our online store or direct deposit. Once funds are cleared items will be shipped.

Delivery

Orders are shipped once a week – unless otherwise stated. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer than the times below. We rely on these companies to provide delivery services but cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive within the given time frame, feel free to let us know via the contact page.

Australia

We use Australia Post Regular parcel post. These parcels are not tracked and once dispatched an email will be sent to you. You have other options if you wish to use them as well. For details on other services delivery times please see www.auspost.com.au

Regular parcel post

  • Brisbane Metro: 2-5 working days after dispatch
  • Sydney Metro: 2-5 working days after dispatch
  • Melbourne Metro: 2-5 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of Australia: 3-7 working days after dispatch

International

We use Australia Post’s International Air mail for regular postage overseas. You have other options if you wish to use them as well. For details on other services delivery times please see www.auspost.com.au

International Air Mail

  • New Zealand: 3-7 working days after dispatch
  • Rest of world:21 plus working days after dispatch

Disclaimer

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost parcels with either Australia Post or International Airmail, although we will do our best to ensure that your parcel arrives safe and sound. We are happy to assist you in filing a complaint form with Australia Post on your behalf.

Please make sure that you provide us with the correct and complete postal address. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete postal addresses provided by the purchaser.

Back Orders and made to order items

Back orders and made to order items normally take 4 to 8 weeks to be dispatched but due to variables outside of Permaculture Tools there are sometimes delays beyond this when this occurs you will be notified. No refunds will be given for delay in delivery of items.

Back orders and made to order items are often but not always posted by Indonesian Post other wise they are posted Australia Post.

  • Delivery times for Indonesian Post is generally 3-12 business days after dispatch (this does not include any customs delay) back can take up to 21 days as a standard delivery time before being late.

Delays and stock inventory mistakes

Delays and incorrect stock inventory mistakes can happen from time to time despite our best efforts. No compensation is given for this except where Permaculture Tools feels it is needed and is at the full discretion of Permaculture Tools.

Returns

Please choose your order carefully. We do not accept returns for orders except where we have sent an incorrect order, or where the goods have a manufacturing fault. Please see Warranty and Returns.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is avaliable up to when the order has been packed for shipping or up to when the item has begun being made for backorders or out of stock items. A 10% restocking fee may apply. All order cancellations are subject to the full discretion of Permaculture Tools.

Prices

Every effort is made to keep prices on this website correct, however errors, omissions and price increases do occur and you will be invoiced at the rate indicated by our stock control computer at time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for whatever reason, at our discretion.

Privacy and Security

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Orders from this site are via an approved secure server provided by PayPal. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. For more information see the PayPal website. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction. Your personal details are only used in relation to facilitating your order. They will not be stored by us and will not be sold or transferred to a third party.

Receipts

As soon as your transaction has taken place you will receive a receipt by email from PayPal with your order and transaction details. If you require anything else please contact Permaculture Tools

Customs

Permaculture Tools will not be held responsible for any hold ups coursed by customs nor any goods which are seized by customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they can receive the goods which they have ordered and that they will clear customs and that they are legal within the country of destination.

DVD Formats

  • Our DVDs are region free, so will play on any computer worldwide.
  • Our DVDs are either PAL formatted or NTSC formatted (see notes at bottom of product descriptions for confirmation on each respective DVD). If you intend to play the disk on a DVD player (as opposed to a computer) please make sure your player supports the format of the DVD you’re ordering before making your purchase. As above, in ‘returns’ section, we will not refund orders unless we’ve sent the wrong product or if there is a manufacturing fault.
